Event Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training
  • Foster brand recognition through local retail events with Event Sales Associate team members
  • Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process
  • Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services
  • Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to: acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client's products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed
Qualifications

Event Sales Associate Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role
  • High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred
  • Experience in previous event sales, customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
  • Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
  • Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations
  • Team player with a desire to collaborate with others
