Position Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading brand strategy, messaging, and the execution of integrated marketing plans. This role involves overseeing the creation and implementation of brand initiatives that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute on both the big picture and day-to-day tasks.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key partners, the Senior Brand Manager will be at the forefront of developing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. These will include full-funnel campaign launches, ongoing communication strategies, public relations, event management, influencer partnerships, and creative brand collaborations.

A strong understanding of trends in the retail, beauty, and fashion industries, digital marketing innovations, and current events is essential to drive effective campaigns and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Campaign Development:

• Lead the creation of overall brand messaging and seasonal/product-specific campaigns aligned with brand values, objectives, and innovation.
• Own the omni-channel go-to-market calendar, ensuring consistency with brand identity and visual style.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, resonate with the target audience, and maintain visibility for current and potential customers.

Integrated Marketing Execution:

• Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels to create a cohesive brand experience.
• Design and execute campaigns, including digital advertising, influencer marketing, public relations, events, and collaborations to drive brand growth.

Consumer & Market Insights:

• Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective marketing approaches.
• Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Budget & P&L Management:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the marketing budget and manage expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
• Oversee the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor members of the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Work closely with C-suite executives to define long-term growth strategies and marketing initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as needed to support brand growth and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within the retail or beauty sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in crafting strategic marketing campaigns, branding, and digital marketing techniques.
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, social media, and paid advertising channels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Experience in executing marketing strategies across both digital (social media, digital ads) and traditional (PR, print, collaborations) channels.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, marketing metrics, and ROI tracking.
• Proven ability to create integrated marketing strategies and business plans that incorporate all aspects of marketing (branding, promotions, media, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executives.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.
