Learn more at: AvathonAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with AI development teams to ensure robust, secure, and highly scalable infrastructure. You’ll lead efforts to automate infrastructure management, enhance system monitoring, and facilitate continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. Your deep experience with cloud environments, containerization, and automation tools will be critical in driving efficiency and reliability across our systems.You Will:Design, implement, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure processes.Lead automation efforts to streamline manual tasks and ensure continuous improvement of infrastructure.Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements, ensuring scalability and reliability.Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system health, performance, and security.Use configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform) to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.Manage workload and priorities using tools like JIRA, ensuring efficient task management and completion.Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices are followed across the team.Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in DevOps operations.You’ll Have:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or related fields.Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in scripting and coding using Python, Bash, or a similar language.Extensive experience with automation and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and best practices for continuous integration and delivery.Expertise in monitoring, metrics collection, and logging using open-source tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with real-time monitoring and alerting for cloud-based systems.Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud and container environments.Experience working with AI/ML-driven infrastructure or large-scale data systems.Familiarity with additional programming languages like Java or C#.Previous experience leading DevOps teams or driving large-scale infrastructure projects.Pay Range: $127,000 - $264,000 base salary.
