Gotham Enterprises LTD is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate care to children, adolescents, and families affected by trauma and abuse. Our programs, spanning from outpatient services to residential treatment, focus on fostering emotional, behavioral, and developmental healing.
Compensation: $110,000 to $130, 000 per year with benefits
Job Responsibilities:
• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program.
• Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to practice in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and related technology.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides counseling and crisis intervention services, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues in patients.
- Collaborates with family members and/or the support system on treatment plans and discharge planning.
- Communicates patient progress, concerns, and potential issues to physicians.
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation, including clinical and progress notes, as per department policy.
- Works with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, including discharge plans, based on psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions.
