Location - Onsite in Chicago (50-75% travel)
Salary - Up to 110K Base + Commission
COGS has partnered with multi-million dollar construction company as they seek a Strategic Account Sales Manager to join their team due the ongoing expansion.
This company manufactures in house site accessibility solutions and provides comprehensive site access and ground protection services to construction, renewable energy and several other industries.
Due to increased market demand for their products and services, they are in growth mode and expanding! This has led to increased opportunities for career trajectory and hence they are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible to drive profitable revenue by targeting strategic accounts and offering tailored marketing solutions within the assigned industry vertical market and/or location.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and forecasting objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with your assigned strategic accounts.
- Monitor and log account activity in the company's CRM system and participate in debrief meetings.
- Assess potential business opportunities by evaluating market and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, and management to boost sales and ensure excellent customer service, maximizing company revenue.
- Maintain visibility of all regional and national projects, focusing on a rolling 3-year forecast, and provide relevant product and service details.
- Expand and maintain existing strategic accounts by introducing new solutions, products, and value propositions.
- Must have experience delivering impactful presentations to C-level, VP, and management customers to educate and close deals.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and account management.
- Access and/or Construction Sales experience required.
