Job Description - Intern
We are now hiring Interns for our Spring 2025 Dallas internship program! The program runs from January 27, 2025, through April 25, 2025. Internships are paid $17/hour for 20 hours/week (up to 240 total hours). All internships are hybrid and candidates must be located in the DFW area. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are typical in office days and applicants should have availability on those days to work in person.

Job Summary
This internship is an immersive experience at an advertising agency. Interns will have the opportunity to both observe agency business and garner valuable experience working as a member of their team. Primarily, interns will work in the discipline they are assigned but will also be part of our intern learning program to engage in learning, professional development, and networking.
Moroch prides itself on being brand builders and local audience experts. We are excited to bring our interns experience working with multi-unit clients to execute their local marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Work with team to accomplish assignments for client accounts and agency business
- Anticipate concerns, issues, problems, and/or obstacles and suggest solutions
- Proactively provide supervisor and team with updates and feedback on any assignments
- See projects through to completion, meet deadlines

- Currently enrolled in college (if an undergraduate, classified as a rising Junior or Senior) OR have a comparable level of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the advertising industry

Department Descriptions
- Account Management brings agency disciplines together to provide informed marketing and advertising solutions for clients. They are the trusted primary contact to clients with a deep understanding of their advertising strategy. They maintain a high level knowledge including media, creative, and data. Interns gain knowledge in project management, organization, communication, traffic and media management, budgeting, processes and procedures.
- Media Planning manages strategic efforts across a wide variety of media and determines how each should be used to best reach the consumer. They conduct market research and find media consumption trends. Interns gain knowledge of the planning process, campaign management, budgeting, communication, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Creative takes insights and turns them into a wide variety of communication formats - written, visual, audio, etc. - that are responsible for driving business results. Some roles include art direction, copywriting, video editing and production, and website building. Interns gain knowledge of tools, learn to work collaboratively, and strengthen their creative perspective and problem-solving ability.
- Business Insights professionals dive into numbers, KPIs, and layers of data to help keep our clients churning forward. They support media campaigns and client initiatives and work with a variety of agency departments to help deliver efficient and quality results. Interns gain knowledge in organization, attention to detail, comfort with data, and processes and dashboards.
- Moroch Digital Solutions (paid digital media planning, buying & delivery). Paid social manages local paid advertising for clients on all the major social media platforms; providing strategy recommendations, campaign execution, reporting and insights. Site direct plans and buys site direct media which includes digital video, display, and audio. They provide strategy recommendations, campaign execution, reporting and insights working directly with website publishers for placement. AdOps manages ad trafficking and campaign launches across multiple accounts, in addition to handling paid media tracking and tagging implemented across clients' websites.
