Food and Nutrition Associate

A large local healthcare facility in Bozeman, MT, is looking for a Food and Nutrition Associate to add to their Nutritional Services department. This organization prioritizes the overall patient health and experience, nutritional services are a big aspect of that. 

The Food & Nutrition Associate will provide routine food preparation and patient assistance services in a variety of assigned eating areas, meal service, catering and events.

Essential Functions & Duties:

• Prepare and serve drinks and foods according to patient specifications, including therapeutic diet orders, patient safety modifications
• Record patient 'intakes' including nutrient specific intakes accurately
• Provide menu information and explanations of ingredients and preparation methods
• Assist with food preparation, operating food production equipment
• Maintain, clean, and sanitize work stations
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other containers and put them away
• Refill condiments or other food and supplies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in the food service industry
• Ability to work varied shifts
