Job Summary:

Recruiting for a PRN vascular surgeon to provide coverage 3-4 days/mongh for our HCA employed collaborative team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be eligible  and ability to be board certified in their specialty within the required timeframe
• New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
• Accepting on local candidates that can commute to Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire

Desired Skillset:

• Percutaneous and endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial diseases
• Open and surgical bypass procedures for PAD
• Endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm
• Thoracic endovascular aortic aneurysm repair
• Extra-cranial carotid disease
• Venous procedures including VNUS closure procedures a plus
• Proficient with wires and catheters
