Job Description
Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and administrative support for Navy programs, including tasks such as financial auditing, accounting, analysis, and assessing program compliance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR).
- Administer Government travel policies, civilian pay and leave policies
- Perform cost analysis or financial transactions while ensuring adherence to DoD and Navy directives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- A minimum of four (4) years of related experience, with at least two (2) years in one or more of the following: financial audit, accounting, analysis, Government travel policy and administration, civilian pay and leave policy and administration, assessing program compliance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR), financial and accounting transactions or program cost analysis
- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of DoD and Navy financial and administrative directives and the ability to apply these to Navy programs effectively.
