The Strategic Sourcing Analyst supports the Director of Supply Chain in managing procurement programs and conducting multiple RFPs and RFQs. This role also involves reviewing existing programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

- Drives the development and implementation of supply chain management techniques to enhance supplier performance at the lowest overall cost to the business.
- Creation of various RFP's and RFQ's across all areas for Turning Stone Enterprises as directed.
- Coordinates and conducts product reviews during the RFP/RFQ cycle working with various departments to ensure fairness and a non-biased review of products.
- Negotiates and controls Supply Chain contracts to provide cost and logistical benefits. Ensures negotiated contracts are implemented to maximum effect. Ensures compliance with contracts.
- Manages, identifies and conducts sourcing initiatives across the Enterprise where applicable.
- Identifies and implements improvements to the purchasing administration systems in order to reduce the incidences of fragmented spend and overall transaction cost.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline helpful.
- At least three (3) years' experience in supply chain with extensive experience in a management role; preferably in hospitality and/or gaming environment.
- Experience in sourcing techniques to provide cost savings while maintaining quality.
