Our client is a prestigious boutique law firm located in the heart of Coral Gables, FL, known for its commitment to providing exceptional legal services and achieving outstanding results for its clients. The firm specializes in complex litigation and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where attorneys can thrive and advance their careers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our client's esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and research skills, and a passion for advocacy. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases, including commercial litigation, civil litigation, and other high-stakes legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Stay current with developments in the law and maintain a high level of professional ethics.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
- 2+ years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial litigation and civil litigation.
- Trial experience and a history of handling complex cases.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically.
