Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Position the brand, and drive brand awareness and recognition across markets.
  • Identify new product development opportunities, set the product development strategy, and drive roadmap execution with the New Product Development manager.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals across social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, PR, partnerships, community events, and design.
  • Manage and execute 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations.
  • Oversee & own the brand's social media strategy, particularly focusing on growing reach and community engagement. Utilise platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to enhance organic reach and customer interaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally to secure top-tier media coverage and innovative content collaborations.
  • Champion the brand's presence in new territories to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful market entries.
  • Manage campaign budgets and campaign performance metrics in line with targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing brand marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
