About the role:
The Quality Systems Manager will ensure proper implementation and management of Liquid I.V. QMS programs and will partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for the review and trending of CAPA program, complaint management program, investigations, internal audits, and training program. The role will also ensure accurate reporting of quality metrics and supplier scorecards.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
  • Ensure the overall implementation and compliance of Liquid I.V. QMS programs.
  • Develop/update documentation to support the QMS program and new processes as needed.
  • Review and trend CAPAs, complaints, investigations, and other key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage training program and ensure training records on file are current and complete.
  • Participate in internal audits and support completion of related CAPAs as necessary.
  • Oversee implementation and usage of electronic Quality Management System.
  • Works closely with Product Development and Supply Chain support successful commercialization.
  • Support the department and Unilever Health & Wellbeing QA-RA with other projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of relevant FSQA experience in the food/supplement industry required.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge in conducting quality system audits and supplier qualification program.

Work Environment:
  • Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events and up to 20% travel.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,700 - $166,100 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
