We are recruiting for Compensation Analysts to support compensation programs that align with organizational objectives, industry market conditions, and compliance requirements to inform the design and implementation of competitive pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans to attract and retain talent and maintain internal pay equity and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Specifically, this position will: Perform compensation audits internally and externally Work closely with HR to implement and communicate compensation programs Support the Compensation Manager and the Compensation Program with data gathering, job description reviews and updates, data entry and reports Candidates should possess: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in compensation program design/implementation Analytical mindset Experience in compensation programs and Advanced skills in Excel Communication and Presentation Skills Special Notes/Compensation: This position is NOT open to remote or hybrid work models Relocation assistance is available for this role Salary range for these positions are $70-100K depending on corresponding experience Full benefits include: medical, dental, prescription, disability, life, 401K, and paid time off
