DESCRIPTION We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing FP&A team. This high-visibility role will focus on financial analysis and collaboration with internal teams, particularly Marketing, to support business goals and decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrates exceptional analytical and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze budget and forecast variances, identifying and communicating key drivers to stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing leadership in allocating spend and evaluating ROI. Build and refine financial models in support of our annual budget planning process, rolling profitability forecast, and global sales projection. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and strategic management tools to provide actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting during monthly close. Assist with quarterly external financial material and presentations. Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as business priorities evolve. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively across teams. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ.
