Irvine, CA 6 month extendable contract $35 - $42 per hr REQUIRED: Individual must have experience with a large ERP software (the team uses JD Edwards) Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically Excel) • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred • 2-4 years of Supply Chain experience required work experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry is also preferred Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the daily management and interactions with transportation carriers, 3PL warehouses, Customer Service team, and other internal & external groups in order to safely transport products to our patients. • Work with external freight forwarders, transportation carriers, Finance teams, and our freight audit & payment partner to maintain the weekly freight payment process • Ensure that freight dollars are matched to the proper General Ledger accounts while working on methods to reduce the complexity of our GL coding logic • Perform routine analysis to improve supply chain operations • Provide support and data to improve visibility in Global Logistics dashboards, metrics, and communication tools that support our global Business Units, Regional teams, warehouses, and Manufacturing facilities • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
