Senior Customer Service Job at Ultimate Staffing Services in San Marcos

We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist

Minimum of 3 years within Customer service, preferably in medical device or biotech environment.

This role will

assist customers with placing orders for our product including pricing,

quantity, delivery dates and payment terms.

Serves internal customers with planning support related to order timing and communication.

Strong communication

skills in a professional environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality

when necessary to protect company interests and proprietary information.

Must be

knowledgeable of company products and offerings.

Detail oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess

the ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently
