· Collect payments from customers, send invoices and receipts as customers required

· Record payments in the system.

· Review auto-generated invoices, communicate with customers service revise invoice and issue credit memo

· Send open invoices and statements to term customers daily, follow up on outstanding invoices

· Send invoices to specific customers weekly.

· Assist with credit card purchases, collect receipts with signed approval

· Prepare daily summary report

· Order office supplies weekly

· Assist corporate HR with employment paperwork
