Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant or Senior Bookkeeper to manage and streamline financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient workflows, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparation for audits.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to track and optimize property performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or real estate accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Real Page) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
