Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a full-time, fully onsite position supporting the Chief Executive Officer for a small venture capital organization based in Dallas, TX.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/CEO in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities encompass calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and logistics arrangements, office inventory and coordination, event management, and prioritization across multiple leaders. They should demonstrate the capacity to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion. The opportunity is a fully in-office position based out of our Dallas, Texas HQ and reports to the Founder/CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring timely reminders.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while considering the CEO's preferences, priorities, and logistical requirements.
- Provide administrative and office support to the CEO, managing expense reports and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and maintain office management including inventory.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, family office, or a related field is a plus.
