Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of various business reports and dashboards, utilizing reporting tools and software.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information necessary for reporting and analysis.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses produced.
  • Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes to facilitate reporting and analysis.
  • Provide support in identifying areas for process improvement based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development of process documentation, flowcharts, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on reporting tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
