As part of Bose’s Finance Navigation team, you will play a central role to delivering on this vision in the future by partnering with leaders across our Product Management, R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain functions to influence data driven decisions that help Bose deliver sustainable growth and reach more customers with the benefits of our technology. Product Finance is a highly analytical team supporting Bose’s Product and R&D functions with informative analysis, recommendations, planning, and management reporting.
Working on multiple projects at a time, you’ll be focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges.

About the Job
Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports to ensure business leaders have a strong understanding of actual/projected business performance and the levers to improve results.
Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, target setting, and investment decisions.
Analyze financial performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
Create clear and visually appealing data visualization to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects, such as cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.
Support the development and implementation of financial best practices within Product Management and R&D.
Manage risk by monitoring key financial indicators and proactively identifying potential issues.
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with business unit leaders, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial analysis or business partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization using Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
