We are seeking a Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst for the Deposit Products Department.
The Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing large amounts of data and turning that data into information that produces actionable outcomes. The individual should be passionate about working with data and adept at understanding the intersection between data and business strategy. Deliver high quality, complex and timely information to support a wide range of initiatives including Business Intelligence, Performance Improvement Activities, Dashboard Reporting, Organizational Strategies, and Portfolio Budgeting.

Highlights:
- Utilize basic knowledge of multiple data structures and sources to support the development and implementation of decision-support solutions, which may include data visualization, business intelligence, or data collection
- Prepare summaries to ensure that the outcome of analyses is packaged clearly and concisely that "tells the story" to a wide range of business partners to allow the business to make informed decisions
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data
- Support the process for identifying and evaluating new products and services and their implementation
- Evaluate and analyze current processes to determine opportunities for improving efficiency, productivity and effectiveness and quality outputs
Required
- 2-3 years of work experience in financial analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, information management, or related field
- Technical expertise in data mining, data analysis, segmentation, data visualization, and reporting & analytics
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SQL, SAS, R, Python, SPSS, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and growth
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work effectively with business users and management to achieve business goals
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, finance or 3-5 years of practical experience in the work listed above
Required
- Analytical Skills: Analyze and decipher complex deposit and deposit product data; deliver prototypes for reports, visualizations, and dashboards
- Communication Skills: Once the data is analyzed, business intelligence analysts must communicate their findings to the company or their managers
- Problem-Solving: Look at the data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss
- Time Management: Work on projects many data streams and many deadlines. Being able to juggle it all is crucial to the job
