Job Description

Job Title: Overnight Crisis Clinician ($5,000 sign-on bonus) - Boston, MA

Position Type - Full time (Mobile)

Shift: 11 PM-7 AM, (Sunday-Thursday)

About the Role
Work with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in psychiatric or substance use crises. Provide assessments, safety planning, and referrals to stabilize clients in community or emergency settings.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to crisis calls and conduct evaluations.
Develop safety plans and provide crisis management.
Collaborate with families, law enforcement, and care providers.
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems.

Requirements

1+ year of clinical experience (mobile setting).
Any LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LADC license
Flexible schedule, valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
Familiarity with behavioral health services and EHR systems preferred.
