Job Title: Social Worker (LMSW)

Duration of assignment: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Southgate, MI
Shift Type: Days (Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Hours/Day: 10 hours
Salary Range:

• Full License: $27.78 - $37.58/hour, $54,171 - $73,281/year
• Limited License: $25.65 - $35.21/hour, $50,017.50 - $68,659.50/year

Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties:

• Provide clinical services, including intake evaluations and therapy for adults and families.
• Assess client needs for mental health and substance abuse services.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other professionals for client care.
• Maintain state licensure and meet all agency requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Plan for effective discharge and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP), or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness.
