Career Team is seeking a Data Specialist who will be instrumental in supporting the Northern New Mexico TEAM through meticulous data management. The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant participant data, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and facilitating the implementation of quality improvement initiatives through detailed data insights. This role also includes providing data-driven technical assistance for performance enhancement. The Data Specialist will operate under the supervision of the Executive Director. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success:
- Collect and analyze relevant participant and workforce activity data to gauge program performance and identify trends
- Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual obligations through detailed data reviews and assessments
- Support continuous quality improvement by conducting regular data reviews, pinpointing areas needing enhancement, and implementing data-informed strategies
- Implement continuous quality improvement through ongoing reviews and identify areas for enhancement
- Analyze performance trends using data insights and provide technical support in collaboration with the Area Managers and Executive Director to address areas of non-compliance or underperformance
- Communicate analytical findings and actionable recommendations clearly to management and relevant staff
- Review and suggest improvements to operational procedures based on data analysis, enhancing data governance and accuracy
- Manage and update the document control system to ensure accurate documentation and ease of access
- Develop and oversee a robust monitoring system using data to ensure uniformity and reliability in operational procedures
- Validate performance data and produce comprehensive weekly performance reports for the leadership team
- Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset
- Performs other tasks as assigned
The Ideal Qualifications for this Role Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and performance evaluation
- Bilingual or Multilingual proficiency, preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities and proactive approach to tasks
- Training in Trauma Informed Care, evidence-based practice, and/or whole family services
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local WIOA programs and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to achieving performance goals and driving continuous improvement
- Willingness to uphold company core values and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
- A Valid Driver's License
Travel: The position may require local travel up to 30% of the time
Position Type: Non-exempt, full-time
Salary: $25.75 - 26.35 an hour
