The Big Task

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Sub Tasks

• Assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Label and categorize products for easy identification and retrieval for technicians.
• Following safety protocols within the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
