Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Assist in overseeing the accurate tracking and management of inventory levels to meet business needs.

Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders.

Team Coordination: Support and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in handling, storing, and shipping products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety Protocols: Help implement and enforce warehouse safety measures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.


Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in logistics or related field is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing daily responsibilities efficiently.

Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects throughout the shift.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software is preferred.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail in managing inventory and completing records.

Availability: Willingness to work in Irving, TX, with flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs, including potential weekends and overtime.
