We're currently seeking a Full Time Recruiter to join our ever-expanding team in the South Hills Area of Pittsburgh. This position will be a mainly remote position, with office days as needed for orientation, meetings and training.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers/directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position.
• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that delivers quality candidates.
• Full-Life Cycle recruiting to include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, hiring and assisting the HR team to ensure all new-hire paperwork is completed prior to start
• Stay active and current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
• Ability to build relationships with schools and professional affiliations
• Attend job fairs and promote building of Advantage brand

About You

• You bring 3+ years' experience recruiting healthcare clinicians
• You have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• You have familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
• You have proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
• You have the ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management (or related field) preferred
• Experience developing recruiting strategy
