Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CFO and Senior Accountant to manage journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and streamline financial operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze, interpret, and resolve complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Own the month-end and year-end close processes, leaving no detail unaddressed
Audit sales orders, manage customer credit, and mitigate financial risk for the organization
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, representing the company with professionalism and warmth
Contribute to the creation of regular financial reports and expand your expertise across various accounting functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in public accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related software
Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management
