Qualifications: -Project Management: Strong understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, budgets, and resources. -Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Able to proactively identify risks. -PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification. -Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. -Telecommunications or Cable TV Industry: At least 5-7 years of experience, ideally in roles related to field operations, quality control, or damage prevention. -Cable Locates & Damage Prevention: Familiarity with underground utility locating, including knowledge of locating technologies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. -Proficiency in project coordination methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to lead the planning, design, and execution of complex projects within budget and timeline constraints. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients. -Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks. -Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or mapping technologies used in cable locating. -Must have experience with MS Excel, Power point and Excel as well as PM database management - (WorkFront, Sitetracker, etc.)

Job Responsibilities: -Assist in developing M&Ps to outline all processes and requirements. -Oversee the coordination and execution of all projects related to quality control, cable locates, and third-party damages, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. -Build and maintain contacts across each department including OSP, Construction and FS relating to damages, locates, forced relocates, etc. -Develop and implement strategies to minimize third-party damage risks, including education and outreach programs for contractors and construction teams. -Liaise with repair crews/construction teams to ensure timely restoration of services affected by third-party damages. -Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, operations, and construction to resolve issues related to cable locates, damages, and quality control. -Provide recommendations to improve overall locate volumes, reduce damage incidents, and enhance quality standards. -Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on progress. -Experience with Telecom Construction standards and practices
