Job Description

Heavy Civil Project Manager:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our civil infrastructure projects, including heavy highway bridges, pedestrian bridges, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), and other concrete-related structures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to establish project objectives and ensure effective communication. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting, to ensure financial performance aligns with company goals. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate problem-solving. Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, are accurately maintained. Manage project risk through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration among project team members. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction sector Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, particularly in highway and bridge construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Benefits:
