Job Description:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for the NSWCPD Code 242, which is responsible for providing services to perform various quality assurance functions such as Quality Planning, Inspection and Testing, Auditing, review of Objective Quality Evidence, and Quality Management.
This position will provide Program Management support for Combat Systems and Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems onboard U.S. Navy submarines.
Required Skills and Experiences:
Target Experience: Ten (10) years' experience in project management and an additional five (5) years' experience in engineering. Experience should include system analysis, and test and evaluation of submarine sail and towed antenna systems, including five (5) years' experience in logistics and engineering projects involving development and management of submarine sail and towed antenna systems.
Degree Requirements:
Target Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Egnireeing and Technology. Must be a U.S. citizen.
