DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The

Credit Analyst

is responsible for producing various Board and loan portfolio reports and ad hoc reports as requested. The analyst will also monitor, and maintenance loan and collateral codes as directed by management.

The incumbent will:

Assist in administration of the commercial construction draw process Assist in reviewing Construction Loan Packages to ensure the Bank's position is in compliance with original loan approval initiated between the borrower and the lender Assist in maintaining and updating residential construction monitoring via BankLabs Assist in tracking and working on various projects related to Construction and Commercial Real Estate Assist in data collection and analysis for CRE lending risk Order REIS reports as requested Conduct collateral and other code reviews and maintenance as directed by management Generate/compile various monthly and ad hoc reports as requested Image and file documents, and research document requests as needed Provide documentation as needed for loan reviews and audits Assist in preparing and distributing Construction Management user guides and providing support for other ServisFirst personnel Assist in organizing paper and electronic files in the Credit Administration area Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies Note: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable otherwise qualified associates/applicants with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Minimum two (2) years' experience in financial analysis, banking or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on manipulating large data sets in Microsoft Excel. Experience in a position requiring attention to detail and data analysis Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently with little supervision Working knowledge of collateral instruments (i.e. letter of credit, UCC filings, and personal/corporate guarantees) Commercial construction lending or underwriting background preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:

Sustained standing and sitting Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise
