Job Description
Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion. Budget Management : Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are kept within budget. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Resource Allocation : Coordinate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to minimize impact on project delivery. Quality Control : Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and specifications, conducting regular site inspections. Safety Oversight : Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment. Contract Management : Oversee contract administration, including reviewing agreements, negotiating terms, and managing changes or disputes. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Progress Reporting : Track and report on project progress, providing updates to executives and stakeholders as needed. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 7 years of experience Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent Must have experience successfully leading the construction of ground up, food and beverage manufacturing facilities Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
