Position Summary

The Senior ISR Program Manager is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of a Manned Airborne ISR program file in support USG and DOD objectives. The Senior Program Manager will act as the primary contact for all contract needs including customer intimacy and satisfaction, change negotiation, and pricing. Responsible for careful review of enterprise value, cost projections, schedule, and performance for assigned programs, in accordance with the approved Metrea processes. The individual will support and serve a strong role in the development of follow-on business and growth for their assigned programs/customers.

Role and Responsibilities Primary representative with the customer on assigned program(s). Maintain close contact with the customer to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Ensure a continuous line of communication is kept open with the appropriate customer representatives to maintain an elevated level of program status awareness, provide timely recognition and resolution of problems, identify follow-on business opportunities, and prevent surprises. Partners with customers to identify and resolve complex or sensitive issues. Possess extensive technical and operational knowledge of Manned Airborne ISR program(s). Participate in contract strategy, development, review, and negotiations for their programs. Responsible for planning, direction, and control required to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the life cycle of their assigned programs. Manage work performance and schedules of Project Managers, Site Leads, and other program employees. Update and report on Program performance / status in accordance with the Program Management and Planning/Tracking (PMAP/PMAT) and CPPM processes. Monitor proposal processes for follow-on business or new business opportunities related to their respective program by successfully completing the proposal process to include developing the strategy for successfully completing the proposal, review all program data for executive management approval, and ensuring the technical, cost, and management requirements of the proposal are met. Support the development and execution of the business area capture plan within their assigned area of responsibility, as requested. Responsible for ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes. Identify staffing/resource needs for assigned and projected programs to ensure adequate staffing for successful program completion. Review and approve program related requirements. Recommend improvements for streamlining programmatic processes. Elevated level of learning, strategic thinking, team building, conflict resolution and time management. Comprehensive understanding of company philosophy and processes. Excellent communication skills, verbally and in written format, for briefing and presentation delivery to program employees, management, and customers. Structures and directs others' work on projects or programs. Makes timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, goals, constraints, and risks. Influences others to be excited and committed to furthering the organization's objectives. Promotes cooperation, commitment, and collaboration across and within program team to achieve goals and deliverables. Skills and Experience

Demonstrated previous experience with a M-AISR program and/or Collection Manager. 5+ years program management experience on aviation programs, with specific emphasis placed on providing aviation flight operations and maintenance services. Experience managing programs with annual revenue in excess of $30m annually. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. Mastery skills in basic document, spreadsheet, and presentation programs. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Possess a valid driver's license Must have a current US Passport PMP

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager. Although primarily CONUS-based, this position will require periodic travel to forward deployed locations in support of company oversight to OCONUS programs. Travel requirements are 25%.

Work Environment While OCONUS, employees may be living under field conditions and must be able to work with little supervision in austere or arduous environments. Work environment varies based on contract.
