T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs plans reading and acts as liaison between designers, utility agencies and owner on behalf of clients. Can serve as representative of T2ue at client meetings. Regularly interfaces with existing and potential clients to secure new assignments. Develops and maintains relationships with existing and new clients Analyzes backlog, resources, and sales to determine priorities and needs and coordinates with Regional Manager to secure necessary resources and equipment Oversees all QA/QC functions to ensure accurate and high quality deliverables to clients Assists with fee proposals and interfaces with clients to obtain work Prepares work plans, assembles project team, delegates tasks and ensures compliance with scope and timely completion of tasks Reviews and approves design calculations submittals, specifications and other submittals Reviews invoices and prepares/reviews progress reports to client Responsible for performance and work accomplishment of all contracts Manage projects so they are completed on time and are profitable Ensure appropriate quality control measures have been implemented Ensure the client is satisfied with the work products and service provided Develop and maintain a project schedule including developing scope, budget and tracking project costs Assure that project mapping is performed in accordance with established company procedures and industry requirements Build relationships with potential and existing clients to foster a long term business relationship Lead the identification and selectivity of opportunities Develop solution for the client and present value to client's organization Enforce compliance with established risk management procedures Develop new and expand current senior level relationships with clients and business partners in the region Engage with senior level client executives to negotiate and close complex transactions Provide continuous surveillance of the local market Report on client and competitor activities and initiate action accordingly Prepare business activity and forecast reports Support the local office or regional marketing efforts Provide sales goal tracking and reporting Monitor and evaluate the activities of the competition Secure signed contracts from new and existing clients consistent with T2ue's policy Qualifications:
Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities Division BSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clients Ability to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacy Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts Exceptional presentation skills Project manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contracts Microstation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plus We Offer a Complete Benefits Package!
