We are seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager that will be responsible for supporting Prenuvo's marketing, design, and digital efforts.
They collaborate with teams across various departments to develop and implement marketing strategies for partnerships, press and media and sales by organizing creative briefs that align with Prenuvo "playbooks". This role combines responsibilities across project management, creative content production, marketing strategy, and partnership management, with a primary emphasis on project management. As well as the ability for relationship-building, and a strategic approach to marketing partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in the company's growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships and sales collateral; and overseeing key projects to support Marketing Operations.

What You'll Do Work with internal teams to develop scalable Prenuvo "playbooks" for partnerships, sales, and healthcare providers. Lead the creative development of well-designed assets to support the Prenuvo "playbooks". Make sure there is brand consistency in the visual design and messaging across all assets. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to provide seamless execution of marketing operations and events. Work with stakeholders to deliver partnership marketing collateral in coordination with marketing operations and team leaders to include co-branded content, events, promotions, and other initiatives. Manage internal creative requests from various departments, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards. Manage project timelines using tools like Asana or Jira to ensure the timely delivery of creative requests across departments. Support the creative team in developing innovative concepts, designs, and campaigns that align with Marketing Operations. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet business objectives by gathering requirements for creative projects. Conduct quality assurance checks on creative outputs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in design and marketing to ensure the company's creative output remains competitive. What You'll Bring
Minimum 5+ years' experience working at a marketing agency or startup. Strong organization skills and experience managing on full funnel of creative briefs/projects Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and creative platforms (Figma) Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable tasks Well informed opinions on marketing, creative and customer experience best practices Experience that spans marketing, events, and content production Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The ability to maintain a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities. Healthcare or related industry experience preferred Our Values
