Navi is hiring a Nurse Team Lead to manage our Nursing team while also helping continuously improve the company's standards of care for clients, nurses, and healthcare partners, while also supporting the scale of Navi's operations.
Office Manager Lead Role Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting tasks and projects from Navi's leadership team while also ensuring smooth operations of the company's virtual workforce. The Office Manager will coordinate calendars and events, support employee and contractor recognition, manage supply ordering, organize team agendas and presentations, and support the overall efficiency of Navi's leadership team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and prioritization skill sets.
Navi Nurses has team members across the country, so the Office Manager should be prepared for both in-person operational needs and virtual support. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations but will be asked to assist with related tasks from the entire Navi Nurses leadership team. In addition to the tactical needs of the overall team, the Office Manager will play a critical role in building a people-focused culture to make Navi one of the best places to work.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain office procedures and policies. Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly. Lead employee recognition and culture development programs. Organize, schedule and prepare necessary agenda / materials company meetings and appointments. Plan in-office or off-site activities, including nurse onboardings, company meetings, and team events. Support operations and human resources in onboarding and offboarding employees. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as needed. Requirements:
A passion for people - both on our internal team along with the contractors and clients we work with every day. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. Experience with office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, and Slides) and Slack is a plus. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. Hybrid - 50% remote and 50% in the office.
Schedule
Flexibility in weekly hours and days worked. Minimum 40 hours per week.
Compensation
Role Type
This is a W2 position.
Compensation
$40,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience, with opportunity for performance-based bonuses, on at least a twice-annual basis.
Stipends available for medical insurance needs until Navi's medical insurance program is launched in 2025.
