ALAW, an established, multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm, is seeking a qualified Residential Escrow Officer to join the team at our Texas based practice group. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire real estate transaction, beginning to end, process according to sales contracts, lender instructions, company requirements, and other written instructions. Review title commitments, sales contracts and other related documents relating to residential real estate transactions for compliance and accuracy. Liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders. Review Title premiums, endorsements, commitment and recording fees for accuracy Prepare Closing Disclosures/HUD-1 Settlement Statements, review file for transfer tax/recording fees, commissions, conveyance, and other settlement documents necessary to complete closing transactions. Review Lender Closing packages, Legal Description and Draft Internal Closing Documents. Reviews for accuracy before execution. Work closely and coordinate closing transactions with clients and ensure a proper timely closing transaction. Including scheduling closing with both sides of the transaction. Balancing the closing disclosure or ALTAs Balance File and prepare the register for funding, ensure all addresses and invoices are in the correct folder for the Accounting Team. Close 75% of Beginning of month pipeline Job Requirements:
Closing experience in Texas required Purchase & REFI experience SoftPro Select experience is preferred Escrow TX License is preferred Must have excellent communication skills Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must possess strong attention to detail Position is Onsite in Dallas/Irving, TX- 75039 Work Location Address-
