Project Leadership : Direct and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Client Management : Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns throughout the project. Budget Oversight : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Scheduling : Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary. Quality Assurance : Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
