Supply & Demand Planning Analyst Location:
Boston Area Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 Bonus : 10% Annual Bonus Benefits:

Helping to build new reporting tools from the team from scratch
This role would get to take on new challenges and roles as the team grows What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare long term and mid term forecasts for their group
Responsible for inventory allocations
Management and training of supply chain initiatives and standards
Analyze demand and sales forecasts to make inventory planning decisions
Monitors flow of scheduled inbound product
Focus on continuous improvement projects, operational efficiencies, and management initiatives
Work with Sales and Marketing on gathering data for forecasts
Build processes from the ground up
Convert inventory and demand plans to actionable long term goals
Work with IT on necessary system changes and requests
Ad hoc reports as needed What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business or related major, preferred
Minimum 2 years of supply chain planning experience
Must have strong data analysis experience with large, raw data sets
Proficiency in SQL and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
