Job Description
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases of construction to ensure successful delivery. Supervise subcontractors and daily construction activities, maintaining quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to promptly resolve any issues related to materials or methods. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and key project stakeholders. Enforce and promote a safe work environment, fostering safety practices and culture across the project site. The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with a General Contractor, with additional experience preferred for senior roles. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven experience managing Light Industrial projects from start to finish. Strong proficiency in construction management software and technology preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on project clarity and progress updates. Effective time management skills, ensuring project milestones are met thoroughly and on schedule. Experience working within a structured team environment is beneficial. What's on Offer
