Salesforce Solution Architect

• BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Force.com. • Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services. • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications • Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving • Salesforce certified architect
