Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and manage project plans and timelines. Budget Management:
Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts. Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors. Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks. Safety:
Maintain safety standards and protocols on site. Client Communication:
Serve as main contact for clients, provide progress updates. The Successful Applicant
5+ years construction experience Multifamily construction experience Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing College degree in construction related field Knowledge of relevant construction softwares Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations Passion for construction What's on Offer
