Job Description: Are you passionate about process optimization and ready to make a real impact in the Finance sector? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role will support the Finance Department, focusing on process analysis, documentation, and recommending best practices across critical business workflows that impact financial reporting and key management decisions. Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes impacting the Finance Department. Create process flows and descriptions, recommend best practices, and work to streamline operations across departments. Develop insights into process efficiencies and assist with key management reporting. Qualifications (Must-Haves):
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA or BS). Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience within Finance or Banking sectors. Technical Skill:
Advanced proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio. Process Mapping Expertise:
Demonstrated experience mapping large, cross-departmental processes. Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of methodologies such as Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK), Production System (TPS), Lean Six Sigma, or similar. Strong communication skill and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Change Management principles and operational controls. Knowledge of banking regulations and research methods. Job Requirement
