Job Description: The ERP Business Analyst will examine existing and new systems for improvement, report common issues, evaluate company performance, and recommend new system procedures. This position requires an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Examine current and new business procedures and identify effective solutions for business software system issues Collaborate with district leadership and key staff to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement. Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements. ssess company performance, information, and plans by conducting regular tests and analysis; Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes. Serve as a liaison between development teams and vendors to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and design and leverage effective and useful features for users. Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems. Document settings and prepare users to use the system, including training and documentation support and partnership with trainers. Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets. Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field. minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst supporting ERP systems (Munis by Tyler Technologies is used by the school district. Experience with Munis is not required but preferred). Qualifications: bility to communicate and synthesize technical and business information to technical and non-technical individual stakeholders. bility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. bility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 products - Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Project Online. Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with SQL Server and Power B.
