Provide patient, family and care giver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.Required Experience: BS from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
