Duties/Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring all assigned tickets, change orders, project task assignments, or other deliverables are handled in a timely manner with quality outcomes, and with continuous communication in accordance with departmental policy and procedure Follow all Scottish Rite for Children policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines Perform all work in accordance with the spirit of our Care Rite core values Responsible for maintaining inventory of assigned software licenses and hardware Develop and maintain assigned documentation (procedures, guides, etc) Maintain knowledge of current desktop computing environment principles and practices (understanding and demonstrating common practices for hardware troubleshooting, maintaining skillset with operating system diagnosis and understanding operating system features for current and upcoming desktop operating systems) Required Skills/Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent certification which demonstrates proficiency with maintaining desktops in a corporate or health care networked environment; equivalent certifications may include but are not limited to Security+, Microsoft certified desktop Minimum 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop systems having Microsoft's Windows Operating System installed in a corporate or health care, networked environment
