Job SummaryWith a patient-centered culture, the Clinical Assistant will provide a positive experience to the communities we serve through direct and indirect total nursing care of the patient.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Focus: Identifies customer needs and expectations and responds to them in a timely and effective manner.Job Skills: Possess sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner and be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations.Planning: Develops the steps necessary to accomplish goals and establishes realistic plans to reach them. These steps include allocating required resources, planning for contingencies and setting milestones to measure progress.Safety: Understands every safety practice expected by Mon Health. Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.Heavy WorkExerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.Demonstrated proficiency with administering a variety of routine patient care procedures acquired through on-the-job training.
